Charlie is a Healing Justice Practitioner, certified Reiki Master, Breath Work Practitioner, and a BEAM (Black Emotional and Mental Health Collective) Facilitator dedicated to collective healing and liberation across the globe.

Guided by a deep belief in the transformative power of connection, breath, and community care, Charlie supports individuals and groups in remembering their divine spark—the innate capacity to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves and one another. Their work centers on creating spaces where people can release, restore, and return home to their wholeness.

Rooted in trauma-informed and care-centered practices, Charlie’s offerings honor the wisdom of the body, spirit, and ancestors, weaving together energy healing, somatic awareness, and breath to cultivate resilience and belonging. Through this work, Charlie invites others to participate in healing as an act of liberation—for ourselves, our communities, and the generations to come.
